How do I check the status of my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress through the carrier’s website. For orders still in processing, please allow 1-3 business days for preparation before shipment.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? We aim to process orders quickly, so cancellations or modifications are only possible if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to adjust your order—we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once shipment is initiated.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure digital payment methods through our trusted third-party processors. All payments are encrypted to ensure your financial information remains safe. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers.
Products
Are the product dimensions and colors accurate? We strive for precision in product descriptions, but minor variations may occur. Rugs and furniture may have a ±1-2cm difference in dimensions due to manufacturing. Colors may appear slightly different on screens due to display settings, and wooden pieces (coffee tables, side tables) have natural grain variations that are not defects.
How do I care for my rug, coffee table, or side table? Rugs: Vacuum regularly (use low power for plush styles) and spot-clean with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals. Wooden furniture: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and use a furniture conditioner periodically to protect the finish. Avoid placing near direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent fading or warping.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take? Domestic standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while international shipping takes 10-20 business days. Expedited options are available for faster delivery at checkout. Processing time (1-3 business days) is not included in transit times.
Do I need to be present for delivery? Yes, a signature is required for large items like area rugs and wooden furniture. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. If you miss delivery, a notice will be left with instructions to reschedule or collect from a local facility.
Are international shipping fees and taxes included? No, international shipping fees are calculated at checkout, but customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs regulations.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged or defective? Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Document damage with photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion for defective or damaged items covered by our 30-day warranty.
Is there a warranty for products? We offer a 30-day warranty against material and workmanship defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or assembly errors.
