Return & Exchange Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases of rugs, coffee tables, and side tables, outlining the terms for returning or exchanging products. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order, and this policy is designed to provide clarity on the process, eligibility, and limitations of returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged in the original packaging. This includes no signs of wear, damage, stains, or assembly (for furniture items like coffee tables and side tables). Rugs must be unrolled, free of debris, and without any modifications. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
You must initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. To start the process, you will need to provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the item(s) back.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong item or size). For large items such as area rugs and solid wood furniture, return shipping may require specialized freight services, and these costs will be borne by the customer unless the issue is our responsibility. We recommend insuring the return shipment, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds do not include the original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product has been verified as eligible, and any applicable price differences (if exchanging for a higher or lower-priced item) must be settled before shipment.
Certain conditions may invalidate a return or exchange. This includes products that have been used, assembled, or modified; items without original packaging or tags; and damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or accidents. Natural variations in materials (such as wood grain in furniture or minor pattern differences in rugs) are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or exchange.
For damaged or defective products, you must document the issue with photos or videos upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these cases and either provide a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
