We offer shipping to most regions worldwide, with specific delivery options and timelines varying by destination. Upon placing your order, you will be presented with available shipping methods and their corresponding costs at checkout. Please note that some remote areas may be subject to additional delivery fees or extended transit times, as determined by our logistics partners. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to logistical constraints or local regulations.
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. This processing period allows for careful inspection, packaging, and preparation of your items—especially critical for fragile or large pieces like coffee tables, side tables, and rugs, which require specialized packaging to prevent damage during transit. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Transit times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard shipping generally takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee, reducing transit times to 2-5 business days for domestic destinations and 5-10 business days for international locations. Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to customs clearance (for international orders), weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For large or heavy items such as area rugs and solid wood coffee tables/side tables, we partner with specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. These items may require a signature upon delivery, and the carrier may contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window that fits your availability. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or picking up the item from a local facility.
We take great care in packaging your items to minimize the risk of damage. Rugs are rolled and wrapped in protective material to prevent creasing and soiling, while furniture pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and sturdy cartons with internal padding. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please inspect the item immediately upon delivery and document the damage with photos or videos. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.
International orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping costs. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, and customers should familiarize themselves with their local customs regulations before placing an order. We do not mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs charges, as this is illegal in most countries.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped; however, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
