Acceptance of your order occurs only when we dispatch the products, at which point a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Product descriptions, including dimensions, materials, colors, and images, are provided for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor discrepancies may occur due to manufacturing variations, lighting, or screen display settings. Rugs may have slight differences in pattern alignment, and wooden furniture (coffee tables, side tables) may exhibit natural grain variations, which are not considered defects but inherent characteristics of the materials.
Prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and duties, which are added as applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the price stated at the time of purchase. Payment must be completed in full at checkout through our secure third-party payment processors. Failed or declined payments may result in order cancellation.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or misdelivered orders due to incorrect details. For large items like area rugs and solid wood furniture, signature upon delivery is required. You must inspect products upon receipt and report any damage, defects, or missing parts within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect our ability to resolve issues such as replacements or refunds.
We warrant that all products are free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, assembly, or maintenance, or accidental damage. For defective products covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, decor disruption, or additional costs. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item.
